All K-5 GIRLS AND THEIR FATHERS ARE INVITED TO A Father Daughter Dance Saturday, April 24, 2021 Available Shifts: 2-3:30 pm, 4:30-6:00 pm, 7:00-8:30 pm Pella Community High School

(Use the Event Entrance on the East side of the school. Please do not come more than a ½ hour before your shift begins.) *Gyms are not air-conditioned/the Commons area is air-conditioned

In order to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines, the dance will be offered in three shifts to allow for proper social distancing. Please see registration details on the back side of this invitation. Masks are required. Thank you for your support!

Cost: Father & 1 Daughter - $20 / Father & 2+ Daughters - $25

 Dancing and a DJ  Refreshments, Games, and Activities  Raffle Tickets and Glow Sticks Available for Purchase  Photos  Picture Frame Gift and Flower Blush Photography will be on-site to take photos. The photos will be offered at reasonable rates ($5 for a 4x6, which will fit the frame given to each girl). Payment for pictures is required at time of portrait. Digital images and extra prints will be made available online.

IF YOUR FATHER CANNOT ATTEND, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INVITE ANOTHER SPECIAL ADULT IN YOUR LIFE. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE.

Registration Details… Due to the unique circumstances of holding a large event during a pandemic, we have had to be creative and adapt the dance to meet safety precautions. We appreciate your support through the registration process, as we have strived to make it a fair, manageable experience. We understand families have a preference for which shift they would like to attend. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all preferences, so please carefully read ALL details below:

Two Ways to Register:

1. Online Registration will open on Monday, April 5 at 9:00pm

-Go to https:/familiesfirstofpella.org/events/father-daughter-dance/ to register. -Online registration requires a PayPal or credit card payment. -Payment must be processed to hold your spot. -You will receive an email confirmation that your transaction was completed. -You will have the opportunity to choose a shift when you register. Shift choices will be granted in the order that registrations and payments are received. Each shift is limited to 300 people. -Online Registration will close on Friday, April 16 at 11:59 pm

2. Paper Registration:

-Complete the form below. Return completed form and payment to one of the following: -Turn into your child’s school office by Tuesday, April 20 -OR, mail to Families First, PO Box 807, Pella, Iowa, 50219, postmarked Saturday, April 17 -Checks payable to Families First of Pella

*Paper registrations, scholarship applications, and online registrations with incomplete payments will be processed AFTER Online Registration closes on April 16 and in the order they are received. Therefore, Online Registrants are more likely to receive their preferred shift. We are registering 900 people, and online registration is the most manageable way to make sure we don’t exceed our capacity limits at the high school. We apologize for any inconvenience this process may cause. *We charge a late fee of $5 for all registrations received after April 20. *Due to capacity restrictions, we will NOT accept walk-in participants. If you miss the registration deadline, contact Trixanna at 641-780-8361 before 12:00pm on Saturday, April 24. Late registrations are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your registration and shift preference, as space allows.
