Culinary Arts will provide students with an understanding of the opportunities and skills needed for careers in the culinary arts industry. Topics include mastering the steps of recipe development and event planning, advanced nutrition, sustainability, understanding of front and back of the house roles and how these areas work together to create a successful operation.

Culinary Baking and Pastry will provide students with an understanding of the opportunities and skills needed for careers in the baking and pastry industry. Topics include baking and pastry lab instruction, demonstration, and hands-on production, practical application to café and catering business practices as well as kitchen operations.

This program will provide students with an understanding of the opportunities and skills needed for careers in the hospitality and tourism industry. Topics include front desk, concierge, banquets, restaurant, kitchen, gift shop, sales and marketing, accounting, human resources, switchboard, engineering, housekeeping and travel and tourism.
