SPECIAL INTERESTS

Intensive Care My special interest is Intensive Care, and particularly Ventilatory Management of critically ill patients.

As In-Charge, ICU, I have been involved in management of patients referred from Medical and Surgical wards, mostly cases of Poisoning, GB Syndrome, Septicemia, MOFS, ARDS, and Chest injuries, amongst others. The work has involved extensive use of Ventilators, Blood Gas Analyzer, CRRT and Invasive Monitoring at the ICU.
