This response is made on behalfofthe above­ mentioned Offices. We advised you in a letter dated February 21,2006, that our search for responsive records was complete and that we would respond again after reviewing those records. We located ninety-nine pages ofrecords and our review ofthose records is now complete. I have detennined thirty-seven pages are appropriate for release without excision and copies are enclosed. Also enclosed are sixty-two pages that are appropriate for release with excisions made pursuant to Exemption 6 ofthe FOIA, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6), which pertains to infonnation the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion ofthe personal privacy ofthird parties. For your infonnation, the excised infonnation consists ofthe names of individuals making Privacy Act requests and the names ofcertain third party individuals cited in FOIA requests.
