Matt Earman, Director of Parks & Recreation, City of Dublin, Ohio. Matt Earman oversees parks, recreation, events and volunteer services for the City of Dublin, Ohio. Annie Frisoli, Founder & CEO of Creating Community, LLC. Annie Frisoli, speaker and trainer, earned her bachelor’s degree in Thera- peutic Recreation from The University of Toledo and her Master’s degree in Recreation Management from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is also a Certified Festivals and Events Executive, gaining her certification through the NRPA/IFEA Event Management School. Frisoli is also certified in the Foundations of Design Thinking and enjoys discussing Design Thinking strategies to develop inclusive cultures and communities.

Stephanie Hightower, President & CEO, Columbus Urban League. Council Member, IAAF. Olympic Athlete. Stephanie Hightower is the 8th President and CEO (and first female President and CEO) of the Columbus Urban League, Columbus’ oldest and most successful urban family advocate. Since taking the helm in 2011, Hightower has transformed the organization into a more relevant and effective force in helping individuals and families overcome poverty and achieve self-sufficiency - today’s civil rights struggle - by offering a holistic set of initiatives focused on economic transformation, foundational education, and family stabilization to touch and transform the lives of more than 7,000 people a year. Hightower is a world record holder, 1980 Olympian, and an NCAA and Big 10 champion in the hurdles. She currently holds a position on the International Associate of Athletics Federation. Maryanne Miller, USAF Retired. Maryanne Miller is a retired general and a pilot who last served as the commander of at from September 7, 2018 to August 20, 2020. She previously served as the Chief of Air Force Reserve and the commander of Air Force Reserve Command from July 2016 to September 2018. Miller is the first Air Force Reserve officer to achieve the rank of general. She was also the first woman to serve as the Chief of Air Force Reserve. In 2019, Miller was the only female 4-star officer serving in the United States military. She retired from the Air Force on October 1, 2020 after over 39 years of service.

Gene Smith, Senior Vice President and Wolfe Foundation Endowed Athletics Director, The Ohio State University. Gene Smith is in his 16th year as director of athletics at The Ohio State University. He is widely recognized among the leaders of his profession and has been named “one of the most powerful people in collegiate sports.” Smith was named the Buckeyes’ director of athletics March 5, 2005 and was elevated to senior vice president and Wolfe Foundation endowed athletics director in May of 2016. Smith is the eighth person to hold the athletics director position at Ohio State. He previously served as director of athletics at Arizona State, Iowa State, and Eastern Michigan universities and is entering his 33rd year in the role.

Bob Wheeler, President and CEO of Airstream. Bob Wheeler is the President and CEO of Airstream, Inc., where his leadership steered the company through one of the worst economic downturns into record sales and success. An engineer with an MBA from State University of New York, Buffalo, Wheeler brings a mix of technical understanding, dedication to product innovation, and people skills to the position. His deep understanding of every aspect of the product and its manufacturing process has solidified Airstream’s identity as the manufactur- er of the world’s most iconic travel trailer.
