JADE LOVE Daily Titan Arrests for drug crimes are steadily decreasing on the Cal State Fullerton campus. In 2013, there were 139 University Police drug-re- lated arrests, according to UPD crime stats. In 2014, those numbers went down to 75 and in 2015, down to 34.
