MY WEDDING

Marriage ain’t what it used to be, and that’s a good thing. Gone are the days when it had to be a once-in-lifetime, boy + girl, taffeta and meringue, bouquet chucking, husband’s-name-taking, rice throwing tradition fest. Not that there’s anything wrong with all that. But we’re stoked to see a few more indie takes on tying the knot: punky, same sex, funky, funny, shotgun, it’s all in the mix, and we’ve asked some of Wanaka’s top wedding photographers to send us their best alternative wedding shots. Different is beautiful.
