Following review and minor amendments of the minutes RESOLVED That the minutes of the meeting held on 4th September 2019 were a true record of what transpired.

It was reported that issues in respect of rubbish at Dragon Field had been resolved

168-19 6 Correspondence

It was reported the Chairman had received the resignation of Cllr. Aymes and responded accordingly. The Vacancy to be advertised in village Newsletters for interest by 30th November. The clerk reported that the application submitted to the land registry for the Play Area (School) extension had been returned. The clerk asked permission to approach a professional to deal with this application and the application for Dragon Field

RESOLVED That the clerk to seek the advice of a professional to complete the applications

1. Update on Business Park and the Recycling development

It was reported that there was a digger on site and newt relocation. An email requesting a site meeting the clerk was asked to contact CC for convenient dates

Application for the erection of a manure store and all associated works at Land Near To Upper Bryn Farm Abermule Montgomery Powys SY15 6JW

The Council could not discuss this application as they would not be quorate. . 3. 19/1356/DIS19/1530/AGR Application for the erection of 2x agricultural buildings at Lletty Maengwyn Abermule Montgomery Powys SY15 6JJ

Permitted development .

4. 19/1537/HH Extension to existing dwelling at The Rhosser, Llandyssil, Montgomery Powys SY15 6LQ

RESOLVED : Council supports this application.

2 5. 19/1527/HH Part demolition of roof and construction of new roof and parapet castellation’s at Pentre Cottage, Llandyssil, Powys SY15 6LJ

RESOLVED Council objected to this application on the grounds that the castellation is out of keeping with the area. The application does not lend its self to the building. It would be more in keeping with pitched roof even though it would be greater in height

6. APP/T6850/A/19/3237458 Appeal 3 holiday lodges, vehicle access, 4 passing bays, sewage treatment plant and associated works. Land near Camp Farm, Cefn y coed, Montgomery, Powys SY15

Applicant lodged appeal with planning inspectorate.

RESOLVED Cllrs had nothing to add to previous comments.

171-19 9 NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK CONSULTATION.

It was reported that the cluster were responding to this consultation. Cllr. Thomas stated that he would produce a more concise report for consideration.

172 -19 10 FACEBOOK ACCOUNT FOR THE COUNCIL

This was discussed it was felt that as the Council had a website this was sufficient for updating the Public .

173-19 11 HIGHWAYS

1. Pot holes at the back of Green Lane, 2. Hedge Brynderwyn to Court Calmore Road 3. Pot holes Captain pitch 4. Pot Holes Cooper pitch/Lane House. 5. Water standing on the usual areas 3 6. - Dingle road to the Waen potholes and rail fence in need of repair.

Play areas there was a need to re contact Ray Parry Poll - it was suggested that it was time for a further consultation. (agenda next meeting) Millfield ditch overgrown (far side from School) Broken pane of glass in Llanmerewig kiosk. Kevin Andrews to be asked to repair. Benches in Llandyssil needed varnishing. Kevin Andrews to be asked to treat. Advertise the Casual vacancy with a dead line for 30 th November
