Springtime signifies aSpring rebirth. As Has the endless Sprung! sea of snow melts, and everything around us becomes verdant and beautiful, we as a community are also being reborn. As the “new normal” starts to become closer to what we have been longing for since the “long winter” started, and we continue to turn the corner, we are being rejuvenated with the idea and hope that the worst is behind us. For this Seasonal menu, we have created eight cocktails, who’s roots come from cocktails from a different time. Through careful tweaking and long hours of experimentation, we have given new life to cocktails that have been long forgotten. Over the past three and a half years, Morrissey’s has “planted” a lot of great cocktails that people still request for to this day.
