A fee is required for issue of the Keirō Pass. Design The card is gold and bears the expiration date and name of the holder (in katakana). Eligibility Residents of Nagoya aged 65 and older (foreign nationals included) How to use the Keirō Pass To ride, touch the Keirō Pass IC card on the sensor at Subway wicket gates and on City Buses until it beeps.
