INTRODUCTION National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) was set up by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India in 1986 which has been accorded statutory status under the Act of Parliament in 2006 (NIFT Act 2006) for the promotion and development of education and research in field of Fashion Technology. NIFT Provides Fashion business education across the country through its network of 16 centers. It provides four years under graduate (UG) programe in design and technology, two years post graduate (PG) program in design, fashion management & Fashion technology and short duration education program to address the specialized needs of professional and students in the field of fashion, NIFT has its head office at New Delhi with its campuses located at Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kangra, Kannur, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, Raibareli, Shillong and Srinagar. At present approx. 800 students are studying in this Institute and about 90 Officers/Faculty and employees are working in this Institute. 2.NOTICE INVITING TENDER:: The NIFT, Hyderabad Centre invites sealed tenders under “Two Bid System” for running stationery shop at NIFT Campus, Opp: Hi-tech City, Madhapur, Cyberabad, Hyderabad for students and staff for a period of one year. The details of the tender given below: a. Description of Services: Running stationery shop at NIFT Campus, ( Opp: Hi-tech City, Madhapur, Cyberabad, Hyderabad), for students and staff for a period of one year b. Closing Date and for submission of bids: c. Date & Time of Opening of Bid i. Technical bid: 29.11.2018, 04.00 PM (in presence of the tenders or their authorized representatives. ii. Most of the data in this paper comes from primary sources that include consumer surveys, retail surveys, lab experiments and expert opinions. The research Methodology is detailed in subsequent chapters. This study primarily aims at mapping the Indian stationary market to achieve its objectives.
