    The best way to the St Albans Courthouse, Homestead and Stables is to take the Webbs Creek vehicular ferry via Wisemans Ferry (this Ferry is FREE and runs 24hr). Please note that there are 2 ferry services in Wisemans Ferry. NB: There is no mobile recepJon beyond Wisemans Ferry – therefore we recommend that you have a printed copy of the direcJons. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GPS USERS If you have the "Ferry" opJon switched off on your GPS, you will be sent the long way on a dirt 4WD track. This will increase your journey by at least an hour, and is a narrow, steep, twisty and hard to negoate. Check your GPS sengs or follow the driving direcJons below. The best GPS direcons: IniJally enter the following address: 3004 River Rd, Wisemans Ferry NSW 2775. This address will direct you to the Webbs Creek vehicle Ferry crossing. Join the queue and take the vehicle ferry across the Hawkesbury River to Webbs Creek. On disembarking the ferry, follow this road to the right for 21kms, go straight past the St Albans bridge, and take the NEXT driveway on the leY. Southern & Eastern Suburbs, (Airport) Direc8ons Travel via Eastern Distributor, Harbour Bridge or Harbour Tunnel, along Warringah express way (M1). ConJnue through the Lane Cove tunnel, then along the M2 taking the Pennant Hill Rd A28 exit.     Corridor Preservation Outer Sydney Orbital Bells Line of Road - Castlereagh Connection South West Rail Link Extension July 2015 Long term transport master plan The Bells Line of Road – Castlereagh Connection, The Outer Sydney Orbital and the South West Rail Link Extension are three of the 19 major transport corridors identified across Sydney for preservation for future transport use. The corridors would provide essential cross-regional connections with access to the growth centres and the Broader Western Sydney Employment Area with connections to the Western Sydney Airport. 2 Bells line of Road – Castlereagh Connection study area The Bells Line of Road – Castlereagh Connection (BLoR - CC) is a corridor to provide a connection from Kurrajong to Sydney’s motorway network, and provide an alternate route across the Blue Mountains. Preservation of a corridor for BLoR – CC was a recommendation of the Bells Line of Road Long Term Strategic Corridor Plan. 3 Outer Sydney Orbital study area OSO is a multi-modal transport corridor connecting the Hunter and Illawarra region. Stage 1 – from the Hume Highway to Windsor Road, approximately 70km comprising of a: • Motorway with interchanges with major east/west roads • Freight corridor with connections to the main western rail line and a potential IMT • Where practical passenger rail The Outer Sydney Orbital is also included in: • NSW Freight and Ports Strategy • NSW State Infrastructure Strategy • The Broader Western Sydney Employment Area draft Structure Plan The Outer Sydney Orbital three stage approach includes: Study stage 1. Emily’s family move from Sydney to Adelong in the South-West slopes of New South Wales in June 2015. Her mother grew up there and her father has taken up a teaching position nearby. Emily, aged eight, and her younger brother, Gary, have to change schools mid year. When she puts away her clothes she finds an old diary wedged at the back of a set of drawers. It belongs to Laura, born in 1920. Emily takes a journey through Laura’s life seeing how things have changed, yet stayed the same in some ways. Laura’s diary covers her life as a child in the early 1900s and that of her best friends, Cathy, Jack, Billy and Jean. Jack is based on a real person; an Aussie larrikin and country lad struggling to earn money during the 1920s and Depression to help his family. His positive outlook sees him through. He continues to return home and writes to Laura after he leaves school, aged thirteen. Emily makes new friends at her new school; Amy, part Aboriginal, Shannon and Chase. She goes exploring around the Riverina and high country with her family learning about history and the environment.
