MANIFESTO TREVOR DAVID JUUL Trevor David Carelse Juul (TDCJ) is the CEO, founder and the principal owner of SBT Juul Africa, a leading African Property Infrastructure and Development group. TDC Juul is an Architect by profession, he studied civil engineering in Lagos Nigeria before studying Architecture and Project management at the University of Dundee in Scotland and post graduate at The Hull School are Architecture in Yorkshire. As an African with a purpose of doing good, of playing a part in developing this wonderful continent I am humbled by the need to serve my country as leader and administrator in ZIFA. Guided by the principals of passion, purpose, people and accountable leadership I believe that success in any sphere is a team effort. To take Zimbabwean football to continental and global heights, we require a clear vision, purposeful activity, accountability and TDC JUUL commitment to serve. Passion is the driving force that motivates spirituality, creativity, political opinions, economic status, social, or personal well being - shaping, you as an individual, those you connect with and the opportunities you pursue. It is passion that shapes my purpose in life and in business. A Purpose shared with a community who believe in shaping and building collective dreams that give a sense of belonging, accomplishment, trust and innovation. It’s this team spirit, a people’s spirit where innovation comes from working together, challenging each other and supporting each other drives my vision to reality. Success in our vision requires People to make dreams a reality. It is the equilibrium of culture and leadership that inspires people, in unimaginable ways to lead to a long-term success.
