Since the beginning of June PKP CARGO has a freight forwarder in Germany – the PKP CARGO Connect GmbH with its headquarters in Hamburg. Its main task is to focus on intermodal, maritime and road freight . The new company covers also the operation of a customs office. The German PKP CARGO Connect division is already operational, has already customers and is actively searching for new orders.

Initially, the German freight forwarder from the PKP CARGO Group will focus on attracting customers in Europe. Its key markets will be , Germany, and , however the experiences in freight forwarding and competences of the Group give strong predispositions to expand the activity on the whole area of the old continent.

Hamburg is an important city on the logistics map of Europe, with the largest sea in Germany and at the same time, the second largest in Europe. Having its registered seat precisely in this city will help acquire new customers and expand into new markets.

The launch of a shipping company in Germany is a consequence of the development of PKP CARGO.
