Directions: The location Oberpfaffenhofen is about 25 km west of nearby the motorway Munich Lindau (A96). To come to DLR you have the following possibilities:

ä By public transportation from : At the Munich airport take the rapid-transit railway (S-Bahn) line S1 or S8 direction "München Hauptbahnhof". At the station Hauptbahnhof or Laim, take line S5 in direction “Herrsching”; get off the train in “Neugilching” or “Weßling”. Then you can walk to DLR (2,5 km from either stations).

If one is dependent on a taxi, one should drive only up to the S-Bahn Station “Germering” and take a taxi there (12 km).

ä By taxi from Munich airport: The fee from Munich airport to DLR amounts to approx. 90 EUR (more than one hour travel time), and from Munich city centre to approx. 35 EUR (30 minute travel).

ä By train from Munich central train station “München Hauptbahnhf” Take line S5 direction “Herrsching” and get off the train at “Neugilching” or “Weßling”. Then you can walk to DLR (2,5 km from either stations). Travel information of the train lines: reiseauskunft.bahn.de

ä By car from Munich Motorway Munich Lindau A 96 ; Exit 32 Oberpfaffenhofen. At the traffic light of the exit, turn left direction Herrsching /Oberpfaffenhofen/ Wessling. The DLR entrance is on the left side (after about 800m). Munich area
