FOSTER. pinni, North-eastern District, was destroyed by fire ; and at an inquest held before the District Coroner, on the 23rd ultimo, the following verdict was returned :-" We are unanimous that [1803] Department of Justice, the building was set on fire by some person unknown." No. 14. no glass ; value , £10. Identifiable. Suspicion attached to a woman named Agnes Robinson. She is about 40 years of age, W. J. FOSTER. stout build, dark hair ; dressed in dark brown dress with red trimmings, black jacket with lace, and black hat. No warrant [ 1786] Department of Justice, issued. Sydney, 29th March, 1882. Charlie is about 50 years of from the person of Andrew Johnson, to be heard of at Smith age, 5 feet 6 or 7 inches high, gray hair. Believed to have gone and Allen's Sawmills, Bellinger River, whilst asleep on board to Queensland in company with an old gin named Mary. the schooner " Jane," lying in Woolloomooloo Bay,-A cheque for £21 on the City Bank, drawn in favour of Johnson by - Spiers, Timber Merchant, Woolloomooloo, and a cheque for Manslaughter. £1 10s. on the City Bank, drawn by - Fagan in favour of - Johnson. Cobar.--Description of John Thompson, alias Ryan, alias Jones, charged on Coroner's warrant with causing the death of Burglaries, stealing from Premises, &c. Thomas Murphy, at Wittagoona, Cobar, on the 26th December last,-About 26 years of age, 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high, medium Sydney.-Stolen, between the hours of 1 and 2 a.m.
