How to Get There

Caux is one and a half hours by car or train from Geneva and two hours from Berne. Trains to Caux run from Geneva Airport as well as from Berne every hour. For exact departure times and connections to Caux, consult www.rail.ch.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Exhibition Stands and Material Children and adolescents Stands and material provided: are welcome and will be looked after!  one table  electricity plugs  WiFi You are free to bring computers, video screens, posters and other support material. Videos must be played with headphones– your neighbour must not be disturbed. Do not forget to bring plenty of promotion material. Visitors will gladly take material home with them. You can, if you wish, send your material in advance to the Conference Center, International Peace-Builders’ Forum, Rue du Panorama 2, 1824 Caux, Switzerland. If you would like the material of your organization put into the participants’ welcome pack for better promotion, the material must arrive at the Conference Center at least 10 days in advance, with a mention “welcome pack” on the envelope. We will charge a fee of CHF 100 for putting material in the welcome pack.

Installation and Removal You can set up your exhibition stands one day prior to the forum, on Sunday, 10th of August 2014 from 2 pm. IPF staff will be there to assist. The removal of stands and material is done on Wednesday morning 13th of August 2014.
