Corrib Gas Onshore Pipeline PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE Shell E&P Limited (SEPIL) will continue with construction works relating to the onshore pipeline throughout September. Ongoing civil works to establish the compound at Aughoose will include the construction of the tunnel launch pit, ramp area, internal roads, acoustic fencing, concrete structures, service installations, import and export of construction materials and associated works. Ongoing installation works will include the separation plant, filter press, generators, tank farm area and general tunnelling equipment and gantry crane. Minimal works will continue to maintain the compound and this may include surface water management, and maintenance of site services. Works will continue on the pipeline wayleave and will include the installation of surface water management systems, temporary access roads, security fencing and construction of a stone road that will involve the import of stone and export of . There will be ongoing movements to licensed facilities for the management of construction related materials. This will include the material recovery facility at Tallagh, on the L1201, the material recovery facility at Mount Jubilee, south west of off the L1206 and the Bord na Móna Srahmore peat deposition site on the R313. The approved peak number of daily one-way movements is 236, while the table below contains the estimated average daily one-way movements for the next two months. A map of the local haulage routes is also displayed. The majority of haulage traffic for this period will be to the construction compounds at Aughoose, Glengad (max 24 one-way HCV movements per day), the pipeline wayleave, the Bellanaboy Bridge Gas Terminal site, Srahmore and other licensed facilities.
