Sales
An investor purchased 2.2 acres just north of El Dorado Market Place on the southbound service road of the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco from American Bank of Texas. Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s John St. Clair brokered the sale with Citywide Alliance Realty.
A local investor has purchased a 48,900-square-foot industrial building at 13375 Branch View Lane in Farmers Branch. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates negotiated the sale with Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial.
Karma Ventures LLC bought the 15-unit Lake Cliff Place Apartments on East 5th Street in Dallas in Oak Cliff. Curtis Hawkins with David Griffin & Co. handled the transaction.
The 96,000-square-foot former campus of St. Luke Community United Methodist Church at 6211 E. Grand Ave. has been purchased by Reconciliation Academy and will be used as CityScape East Grand Preparatory School. Henry S. Miller’s Lane Kommer brokered the sale.
Northwind Construction Inc. has sold a 5,000-square-foot industrial building on almost an acre at 2215 Forum Drive in Arlington to Dylan-Hannah Investments LLC. Nick Talley of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Jennifer Tran of Avignon Realty.
Star Dunkin Real Estate LP has purchased a 0.6-acre property at 1510 W. Main St. in Lewisville for a new Dunkin’ Donuts location. Mitch Traub, Jeremy Zidell and Andrew Sudderth of the Retail Connection brokered the sale.
Leases
Bright Way Group LLC leased 22,381 square feet of industrial space at 12150 Shiloh Road in Dallas. Joshua Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert COMMERCIAL REAL Lynn. ESTATE STORIES Finetechwin Inc. leased 20,613 square feet of industrial space at 1299 Commerce Drive in Richardson. Joshua Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Justin Jordan of Carey Cox Co.
Precision Siding & Construction Co. has leased 13,596 square feet of industrial space in Northridge Business Center at 2002 N. State Highway 360 in Grand Prairie. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Tim Vogds of CBRE Group.

Mitch Traub of the Retail Connection negotiated the lease with Theo Thompson and Easley Waggoner of Venture Commercial. D-FW office leasing rises this year and more to Clean Energy Inc. has leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space at 10519 King William Drive in Dallas. come later in 2014 Will Dillard of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Tom Buck of Warehouse Properties.
