Production and Touring • Plan and oversee production activity of the Company with the Executive Director and Artistic Director. • Initiate, negotiate and secure co-producing or partnership arrangements for productions. • Initiate, negotiate and secure venue contracts and performance dates. • Negotiate, draft and issue all contract rights of commissions and licences. • Creative input into casting and recruitment of the creative team alongside the Director and Production Manager. • Carry out availability checks for actors, designers and production personnel, and coordinate casting and audition processes as required. • Negotiate and issue contracts to actors, designers, agents and production personnel. • Create and manage production budgets, in regular liaison with the Executive Director and Finance Manager. • Being responsible for music rights in liaison with PRS and all other rights including image and video. Hours of work: Full time, 40hrs per week (including lunch break). Office hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm. Some evening and weekend work will be required, for which Time Off in Lieu is given.
