The Executive Officer, Domjur Panchayat Samity reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all prequalification documents and bid document without assigning any reason’s whatsoever. The eligibility criteria as stated in the standard Bidding document are given below:- 1. Achieved in any one year during last five years in the same name and style (excluding current year) a minimum financial turnover as certified by Chartered Accountant and at least 50% of which is from civil engineering construction works and equivalent to amount given below: (60% of amount put to Bid the turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8% for a year). 2. Credential certificate of successful completion of similar nature of work along with the copies of work order for works completed within last 5 (five) financialyears of values not less than 30 % (thirty Percent) of the works or including mentioning time of completion of work with payment certificate otherwise credential of works are in progress or payment certificate will not be entertained. 3. Income Tax return for last 5 years and up to date P Tax should be submitted. 4. GST & Pan Card (Xerox Copy) should be furnished. 5. Trial balance or Accounting Sheet on the turnover, debit, and credit position for the last 5 years (Audited). The amount of earnest money is 2% of the estimated cost of construction. All duties, taxes, royalties, cess, including 1% Cess under W.B. Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment & Condition of Service) Act,1966.toll, Taxes and other levies payable by the Contractor under the Contract to the state/Central Government for any other cause, shall be included in the rates, prices and total Bid price submitted by the bidder. 1% Cess under W.B. Building and other construction workers (Regulation of Employments & condition of Service) welfare cess act, 1966 will be deducted from the running bills. Defect liability period for the said contract is 6 month from the date of completion. Any damages occurred during defect liability period will have to be done by the contractor at his own cost. If not done Security money will be forfeited. The intending bidders are requested to inspect the proposed site before quoting their rates.
