Bright Bar Industries (hereinafter referred to as the industry) located at Vill. & P.O.- Bhandardaha, P.S.- Domjur, Dist.- Howrah, Pin-711 405 on 23.11.2020 for suspension of closure issued by West Bengal Pollution Control Board (hereinafter referred to as the State Board) against the industry and considering their submission of Environmental Compensation of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) and Bank Guarantee (BG) of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) on 07.01.2021 and clearing ETP access area and updating Environmental Information Display Board, the State Board is hereby pleased to suspend the ‘Closure order disconnection of electricity’ issued to M/s. Bright Bar Industries located at Vill. & P.O.- Bhandardaha, P.S.- Domjur, Dist.- Howrah, Pin-711 405 vide memo no.1347- 274/WPB/O&E/2015 dated 10.11.2020 with the following conditions:- 1. That, the industry shall always operate with proper functioning of the air pollution control system/Effluent Treatment Plant so as to comply with the environmental norms. 2. That, the industry shall upgrade the ETP w.r.t sludge handling system and to remove the provision of direct discharge of water from the Equalization-cum-chemical mixing tank immediately.. 3. That, the industry shall comply the State Board’s direction issued vide no.1465- 274/WPB/O&E/2015 dated 23.12.2020. 4. That, the electricity connection has not been disconnected and suspended its manufacturing activity during the State Board official inspection. The Environmental Engineer, In-charge of Howrah Regional Office, West Bengal Pollution Control Board is requested to keep vigil on the industry. If the industry is again found to be operating violating the environmental norms, the Board will be liberty to take strict regulatory action against the industry. This direction is issued in exercise of the powers conferred under the provision of Section 33A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Section 31A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and Rules made thereunder after being approved by the Competent Authority. Act-XXIof 2003), read with rules 22 and 23 of the West Bengal Panchayat Election Rules, 2006, I, the District Panchayat Election Officer and District Magistrate of the district of HOWRAH, as the prescribed authority appointed by the State Government in the Department of Panchayats & Rural Development under notification No. 5316jPNjOj1j1A-3j2010 dated 01-07-2010 for the purpose of the rules 22 & 23 of the said rules, hereby determine after previous publication of the draft of this order as required under the said rules for the Grams specified in column (1) of the Schedule below, the total number of members, Scheduled Castes members, Scheduled Tribes members, Backward classes members & women members to be elected to such Gram Panchayats specified in the corresponding entries in columns 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) & 2(e) respectively, to divide the area of the Grams into constituencies with serial numbers assigned to them specified in the corresponding entries in column (3), to allocate to each such constituency seat or seats specified in the corresponding entries in column (4), seat or seats reserved for the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Backward Classes persons specified in the corresponding entries in column (5), and seat or seats reserved for women specified in the corresponding entries in column (6) of the Schedule.
