Ticket Procedures Sterling College Fall Sports Ticketing Information and Procedures 2020-2021 Following guidance from the Rice County Health Department and Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, Sterling College Athletics has released fall sport ticketing information and procedures for Smisor Stadium and Lonnie Kruse Court in the Gleason Center. Smisor Stadium will be limited to 750 fans (30% capacity). Lonnie Kruse Court will be limited to 230 fans (18% capacity). All ticketing guidelines are subject to change with guidance from the Rice County Health Department and KCAC. Facility Guidelines Sterling College will follow CDC, KCAC, state and local health official’s recommendations on fan attendance as it relates to social distancing and capacity of venues. o All spectators must practice social distancing. o Alternating rows will be identified and restricted to accommodate social distancing. o Tickets are encouraged to be purchased prior to arrival. A LIMITED amount of on-site tickets will be sold at gate. o Seating will be allocated in the stadium and gym in groups of one, two or four. o Fans are expected to abide by all facility signage and instructions, including wearing your face covering when asked to do so and maintaining social distancing. Smisor Stadium: • All spectators are required to wear a mask when not seated in Smisor Stadium. • “Family-like” entities (i.e. rode together or live together) can sit together in the reserved family seating areas- up to 4 people- but must remain six feet away from another “family-like” entity. Lonnie Kruse Court: • All spectators are required to wear a mask at all times. • “Family-like” entities (i.e. rode together or live together) can sit together in the reserved family seating areas- up to 4 people- but must remain six feet away from another “family-like” entity. Ticket Selection Process Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.scwarriors.com/sterling-college-ticketing-central A limited amount of on-site tickets may be available at the gate. Please read below for specific information on when online tickets will be available for purchase. Tickets will be available ONLINE, at different times, to each of the following groups below: 1. Student-Athlete Families 2. General Admission (including visiting fans) 3. Sterling College Faculty/Staff 4. Sterling College Students *Availability of on-site tickets is not guaranteed and will fluctuate with each event. 1. Student-Athlete Families Smisor Stadium: • All Sterling College football and cheer student-athletes will have access to two online tickets per student-athlete, for their family. • A specific passcode will be given to each student-athlete. • This will give family members access to purchase these specific tickets. • All visiting teams will be allotted a total of 100 online tickets. • A specific passcode will be given to the visiting team’s Athletic Director. • This will give family members access to purchase these specific tickets. • Visiting and home teams may purchase these tickets online at: http://www.scwarriors.com/sterling-college- ticketing-central • These tickets will be available to purchase from Monday at 8:00 am until Wednesday at 8:00 am before any home football game. • Family members who buy a ticket during this time will receive a digital ticket to get into the stadium on the day of the game. *Please do not call or email the Sterling College Athletic Department for the passcode- please ask your student-athlete (home team) or Athletic Director (away team) for the appropriate passcode. Lonnie Kruse Court: • All Sterling College volleyball student-athletes will have access to two online tickets per student-athlete, for their family. • A specific passcode will be given to each student-athlete. • This will give family members access to purchase these specific tickets. • All visiting teams will be allotted a total of 40 online Tickets. • A specific passcode will be given to the visiting team’s Athletic Director. • This will give family members access to purchase these specific tickets. • Visiting and home teams may purchase these tickets online at: http://www.scwarriors.com/sterling-college- ticketing-central • These tickets will be available to purchase four days prior to the match and sales end two days prior to the match. • Family members who buy a ticket during this time will receive a digital ticket to get into the gym on the day of the game. *Please do not call or email the Sterling College Athletic Department for the passcode- please ask your student-athlete (home team) or Athletic Director (away team) for the appropriate passcode. 2. General Admission- Home and Visiting Fans: Smisor Stadium: • General Admission tickets should be purchased online from Wednesday at 10:00 am until Friday at 8:00 am. o Adult tickets- West Bleachers= $9.00 - o Students (K-12) West Bleachers= $5.00 o Adult Tickets- VISITORS- East Bleachers= $9.00 - o Students (K-12) VISITORS- East Bleachers= $5.00 • Number of available general admission tickets will fluctuate with each event. • General admission tickets will need to be digitally scanned at the gate upon arrival. Lonnie Kruse Court: • General Admission tickets should be purchased online from 8:00 am two days prior to the match and sales end at 3 pm of game-day. o Adult tickets = $9.00 o Students (K-12) = $5.00 o Adult Tickets- VISITORS- West Lower Bleachers= $9.00 o Students (K-12)- VISITORS- West Lower Bleachers= $5.00 • Number of available general admission tickets will fluctuate with each event. • General admission online tickets will need to be digitally scanned at the gate upon arrival. 3. Sterling College Faculty/Staff Smisor Stadium: • Sterling College Faculty and Staff will be allotted three complementary tickets for each football game. • Faculty and Staff will receive a specific passcode, via email, and should reserve those tickets online at: http://www.scwarriors.com/sterling-college-ticketing-central . • These tickets will be available to reserve from Wednesday at 10:00 am until Friday at 8:00 am before any home football game. • Faculty and Staff who reserve a ticket during this time will receive a digital ticket to get into the stadium on the day of the game. • 50 total tickets will be available for faculty/staff and their families. • After 50 tickets are spoken for, Faculty and Staff must purchase General Admission tickets for admittance into the game. Lonnie Kruse Court: • Sterling College Faculty and Staff will be allotted three complementary tickets for each volleyball game. • Faculty and Staff will receive a specific passcode, via email, and should reserve those tickets online at: http://www.scwarriors.com/sterling-college-ticketing-central . • These tickets will be available to reserve from 8:00 am two days prior to the match until 3 pm of game-day. • Faculty and Staff who reserve a ticket during this time will receive a digital ticket to get into the gym on the day of the match. • 50 total tickets will be available for faculty/staff and their families. • After 50 tickets are spoken for, Faculty and Staff must purchase General Admission tickets for admittance into the match. 4. Sterling College Students Smisor Stadium: • 125 students will be admitted into the stadium for all football games. • A student ticket must be reserved online, on Friday prior to a home game, from 8:00am-11:59pm, using a passcode that will be emailed. • Students will only be allowed to enter the north gate of the stadium and should remain socially distanced at the north end of the endzone. • All students must sit/stand in the assigned student section. • Student ID must be shown, and digital ticket scanned to be admitted. Lonnie Kruse Court: • 75 students will be admitted into the gym for all home volleyball games. • A student ticket must be reserved online the day before the home match, from 8:00am-11:59pm, using a passcode that will be emailed. • All students must sit in the assigned student section. • Student ID must be shown, and digital ticket scanned to be admitted. On-Site Tickets- Day of Game • If tickets remain after the previously mentioned sub-groups have had their opportunity to reserve and claim tickets online, remaining tickets will be made available at the gate prior to each game/match. • Availability of on-site tickets are not guaranteed and will fluctuate with each event. • The amount of tickets that will be sold at the gate will be determined THE DAY OF THE GAME/MATCH. *Please do not call or email the Sterling College Athletic Department asking how many on-site tickets will be available until the day of the game/match. Refund Policy If games are re-scheduled: Tickets purchased online will be moved to the new competition date. In the event a game is cancelled: Sterling College will refund all ticket purchases. This will be communicated with all ticket holders for that event via email and social media. All changes to Sterling College ticketing policies for the 2020 Fall season will be communicated via email, online at www.scwarriors.com, Twitter @SterlingCSports and on the Sterling College Athletics Facebook page. Soccer and Tennis Matches • We encourage fans to bring lawn chairs and socially distance, if you are not able to social distance you will be required to wear a mask. • Limited bleacher seating will be available.
