Public Hearing Case Description Information Shoreline Substantial Development Permit & Land Use Variance: The City of Puyallup is proposing to perform upgrades to the existing City of Puyallup North Levee Case No: P-21-0003 & P-21-0004 Road pump station. Upgrades include replacing the existing 8’ tall fence with a 10’ tall fence (for which a Land Use Variance for exceeding allowed fence height is being sought); expanding the Applicant: Drew Young, City of Puyallup existing generator building and replacing its roof; and converting the existing wet well into a submersible pump station.
