Astrid Weigel Stencil Workshop 11.30-3.30pm Sunday 22nd March, Cass Art Queen St Glasgow £45.00 per person (plus Eventbrite booking fee) Maximum of 8 people (minimum 4) Over 16’s only DESIGN, PRINT & MAKE YOUR VERY OWN LAMPSHADE Learn how to assemble a unique 20 cm diameter light shade using your very own hand printed fabric.

During part 1 of this workshop, I’ll show you how to cut stencils, as well as other techniques to develop a personalised design for your fabric. We’ll use fabric paints, crayons, etc to print and decorate fabric. Part 2 will entail assembling your drum shaped light shade, measuring 20 cm diameter x 18 cm height. Level - beginners/intermediate - we’ll be using craft knives to create stencils so if you have dexterity issues with your hands, please contact me to discuss. ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED.
