66th Anniversary Bruce & Sharral Parkin Through the glass, Bruce Woodward and Sharral Louise Stott Parkin celebrated their 66th year of marriage on Sept. 10 at a retirement center in Layton. A family parade was called, by our mother, Sharral, and as many as could gather did so. For those that could not make it we extend their love. Waves and blowing of kisses came as each decorated car passed by them, all filled with love. The group went to the patio, set up where parents, grandparents and great-grandparents sat on the other side of the window (COVID-19 cares in place). Phones were brought to talk with them on this important event. Yet, it was harder than we’d hoped for. All of us could not give a personal visit with them. There will be another celebration to gather after COVID-19 is passed. With 24 great-grandchildren, 21 grandchildren and your children, Suzanne, Jean, Cindy, Reed, Mary and Ted, join in to express our love and thankfulness. Through all these years of growing together you’ve met and made friends and relationships you hold dear. We’ll all join together looking forward with you for many happy days ahead. 14 Friday, September 18, 2020 life The Davis Clipper O bituaries
