DAY BY DAY ITINERARY 17.09. SPLIT – ROGOZNICA or PRIMOŠTEN Departure from Split harbour at 13:00. After afternoon swim break in a quiet bay we will have an early dinner (BBQ) to get to know your crew and fellow passengers. Overnight in Rogoznica or Primošten (depending on situation in the port) - both small villages that offer many restaurants and small cafes with remarkable wine - the famous wine BABIC. 18.09. ROGOZNICA or PRIMOŠTEN – ŠIBENIK - KRKA WATERFALLS/SKRADIN or ZLARIN After breakfast we continue on to ŠIBENIK for morning sightseeing of this historical town. In Sibenik one can visit a castle above the town center and many beautiful historical buildings, like the Foscolo palace (gothic style) or St. Laurent church in baroque style. Departure towards Krka Waterfalls with lunch on board while enjoying the views of the Krka Canyon. Afternoon free to enjoy the National park and the waterfalls. Discover the beauty of Krka, and its exceptional flora and fauna. Overnight in port of Skradin – or on island and village ZLARIN (depending on the situation in the small port of Skradin). Captain's dinner will be served on board. 19.09. KRKA WATERFALLS – KORNATI - SALI Today we leave the region of the famous National Park Kornati – rich in fish, and cultural and historic remains. Ruins of old Ilyrian fortress, Roman villas, old Christian church of St. Mary and medieval fortresses and settlements add to the value of these islands. Kornati consists of 140 islands and reefs. Inlets of some islands descend steeply into the sea, a hundred meters deep in places, and dramatically razor sharp. It is truly something remarkable to see. Overnight in Sali on Long Island (). 20.09. SALI - ZADAR Morning reserved for swimming. Departure for Zadar in the afternoon where we spend the night in the port. Here you can join our guided tour of the city with English speaking guide. For centuries the metropolis of , and today the centre of the region, Zadar has been a city of rich monumental heritage of world importance visible at every step even today: the Roman forum dated to the 1st century AD, the church of St. Donatus dated to the 9th century AD – the most famous Medieval basilica and the symbol of the city, the mighty city walls with representative Port and Land gates from the 16th century AD, and numerous palaces, villas and other monumental heritage. The town is full of great restaurants packed in the center and already mentioned historical monuments that can be found in and around the city – of special interest is the famous Zadar Sea Organ. 21.09. ZADAR - VODICE Today we head back along the Dalmatian coast. Stop for a swim in one of the beautiful bays. After the lunch we cruise to a popular and always lively resort Vodice, where we spend the night. Here one enjoy the beautiful terraces of local restaurants and cafes or simply walk along beautiful beaches of this typical Dalmatian town. 22.09. VODICE - TROGIR Depart after breakfast with a swimming stop in one of the bays and after lunch we visit an old Dalmatian town, Trogir (Greek relief from 4th century was found here). Trogir is sometimes referred to as “miniature Venice” or a floating museum town - as it has a masterful architecture. 23.09. TROGIR - SPLIT Back to Split Riviera with a whole day of swimming ahead! Stop in one of the bays on the Čiovo island (connected to Trogir by a bridge). In the late afternoon we continue toward the last port of call while enjoying the magnificent view of Split Riviera. You can join our guided tour of Split with an English speaking guide. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection that belongs not only to Croatian people, but to you as well because it is in the world heritage. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is the Diocletian palace. Overnight in Split. 24.09. SPLIT – MAKARSKA After breakfast it is time to say goodbye to some of your new friends whose adventure ends here. Morning is free to explore Split on own while your cabins get freshened up, the ship restocks, and the crew greets some new passangers who will join the cruise in Split. Departure is planned at 1 after lunch. We will spend the afternoon swimming at one of the beautiful beaches on the Riviera. From this beach those feeling adventurous can join our WHITE WATER rafting excursion on the Cetina river and meet up with the ship in Makarska in the evening. Overnight in the port of Makarska, one of the most attractive resorts on the Croatian coast. Strolling along the streets of Makarska, you will come across numerous churches and other architectural and cultural sights. 25.09. MAKARSKA – MLJET Early morning departure towards Mljet with the first stop on the Peljesac peninsula for a refreshing swim. The whole afternoon is free to look at the salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the sun and sea on this peaceful island. In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, we can visit an old abbey and church, or just use a small boat to roam around the National park. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena 26.09. MLJET – DUBROVNIK After breakfast we depart for Dubrovnik, which is the highlight of this cruise. On route will be time just for a short swim. Enjoy the beautiful sights of nature along the way towards “the heaven on earth” –according to the famous writer George Bernard Shaw. Arrive to Dubrovnik in the afternoon when you can explore on your own or first join our guided tour of Dubrovnik with an English speaking guide. Take a walk through STRADUN – both a street and a square, a promenade inside the city walls. For those of you with more enthusiasm we recommend a walk on top of the 1,940 m long city walls! Overnight in the port of this magical town. 27.09. DUBROVNIK – SIPAN/TRSTENIK Morning is free to explore Dubrovnik. Discover the beauty of history through numerous monuments, little streets, churches… Around noontime we leave this magnificent town and continue our cruise towards the isle Sipan or a little town of Trstenik on the Peljesac peninsula, where we will swim in the afternoon and spend the night. 28.09. SIPAN/TRSTENIK - KORCULA After breakfast depart for Korcula, the birthplace of MARCO POLO. Lunch on the board in front of Lumbarda (part of Korcula). Arrive to Korčula late afternoon where we overnight in port. On this island you can find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else. Listen to the story of the stone walls, which were being built over two centuries ago. 29.09. KORCULA - HVAR Early in the morning departure for the Pakleni Islands for lunch and swimming. Departure for Hvar after lunch. Hvar is the longest island in the Adriatic. Here we can find the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower; also the oldest community theatre in Europe was founded here in 1612. City of Hvar offers abundance entertainment full of restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. 30.09. HVAR (Bol) – SPLIT Our next stop will be the island of Brac. Swimming is planned at one of the most famous beaches in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol (the Golden cape - its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change in shape). Bol is a typical fisherman’s town turned into a popular tourist destination. After lunch we will start our journey back to Split where the last overnight is planned. On our way to Split there will be another swim-break in one of the many bays on island of Brac. Arrival to Split in the late afternoon. Enjoy the view of Split Riviera arriving in Split. 01.10.
