You can call the Government of Canada at 1-800-206-7218 for assistance. Are you paid by cheque? Just take a picture! Use the RBC Mobile1 app and take a picture of the cheque to deposit your pay. To download the app, just text “RBC” to 722722 from your smartphone or visit your device’s app store to download it for free. Of course, you can also deposit your cheque at any RBC ATM or branch. Pay bills automatically so you’ll never miss a payment. Switch your Pre-Authorized Payments from another bank to your RBC banking account. 1. If you have billers set up in another bank’s online banking, you may fi nd all of your account numbers on the “Manage Payee” page. 2. Access your accounts on the biller’s website and change the bank transit, institution and account numbers (see cheque diagram above). OR Visit an RBC branch and sign the CustomSwitch® authorization form and our staff will guide you through the process. This is a FREE service to help make switching a breeze. Set up “Alerts” to stay on top of your banking and payments. RBC can send you an email or text to alert you when: ■ a large amount has been withdrawn ■ a large amount has been deposited ■ your balance is low There are other types of Alerts that can make money management easier, too! 1. Sign into RBC Online Banking. 2. Under “My Accounts”, select “ Alerts” in the top navigation bar. 3. Click on “Alert Settings” and then “Set Up Preferences”. 4.
