During the exhibition days, exhibitors are permitted to enter the exhibition area for preparation half an hour before the opening time and remain no more than half an hour after the closing time. 2. Booth contractors shall complete construction before 20:00, November 3, 2016 for organizers to clean the exhibition area and conduct safety checks before the Exhibition. If the contractor fails to construct the booth in the exhibition hall before 09:00, November 3, 2016, the official contractor will prohibit further construction. For any loss caused by forced construction of the booth, the exhibitor and contractor should assume the responsibility. 3. For longer move-in/move-out time, please apply to the official contractor of the Exposition and pay extra fees. 4. Exhibitors cannot commence packing their exhibits and belongings until last day of the exhibition (here it means 20:00, November 6, 2016). Please contact the official freight forwarder in advance. 5. During set-up and exhibiting days, it is principally forbidden to take the exhibits and goods out of the exhibition hall. Should the exhibitors apply to the official freight forwarder in writing in its site office, goods from Macau could be taken out with the organizers’ approval, and goods from Mainland of China and other regions could be taken out with the official freight forwarder’s approval. 6. For booths near the evacuation door, please keep a distance of 1 meter from the backboard, and fire hydrants next to pillars in the venue are not allowed to hide 7. If there is an underground fire hydrant under the booth, please keep an opening
