Please note: 1. During the exhibition days, exhibitors are permitted to enter the exhibition area for preparation half an hour before the opening time and remain no more than half an hour after the closing time. 2. Booth contractors shall complete construction before 20:00, November 3, 2016 for organizers to clean the exhibition area and conduct safety checks before the Exhibition. If the contractor fails to construct the booth in the exhibition hall before 09:00, November 3, 2016, the official contractor will prohibit further construction. For any loss caused by forced construction of the booth, the exhibitor and contractor should assume the responsibility. 3. For longer move-in/move-out time, please apply to the official contractor of the Exposition and pay extra fees. 4. Exhibitors cannot commence packing their exhibits and belongings until last day of the exhibition (here it means 20:00, November 6, 2016). Please contact the official freight forwarder in advance. 5. During set-up and exhibiting days, it is principally forbidden to take the exhibits and goods out of the exhibition hall. Should the exhibitors apply to the official freight forwarder in writing in its site office, goods from Macau could be taken out with the organizers’ approval, and goods from Mainland of China and other regions could be taken out with the official freight forwarder’s approval. 6. For booths near the evacuation door, please keep a distance of 1 meter from the backboard, and fire hydrants next to pillars in the venue are not allowed to hide 7. If there is an underground fire hydrant under the booth, please keep an opening of 0.5 meters and mark the position (for getting water when needed). 8. The schedule is updated at the time of printing. Should there be any amendments or additional detailed rules and regulations, organizations concerned will receive further notice.

5 第六屆中國(澳門)國際汽車博覽會 Rules and Regulations 2016 CHINA (MACAU) International Automobile Exposition 2016 年 11 月 4-6 日 1. Government Decrees Exhibitors shall comply with all laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2.General Rules Generally, exhibitors are permitted to enter the exhibition area for preparation half an hour before the opening hour and leave the venue before 20:30 on November 4, 5 and 23:59 on November 6.

2.1 Exhibitors: for the sake of security, all exhibitors are required to wear name badges during set-up and dismantling days. Please fill in the Form IV to apply for name badges.

3. Related Issues The exhibition area is bonded, and all goods during the exhibiting days are duty-free. Without permits issued by the Customs, no exhibit is allowed to be taken out of the exhibition area. Exhibitors must fill in the “List of Exhibits” provided by the official freight forwarder and send it back for customs clearance. For any detailed information, please contact the official freight forwarder.

4. Exhibit Move-out

4.1 Exhibitors shall not dismantle their exhibits until 20:00 November 6, 2016. Organizers are not responsible for missing or damaged exhibits and goods that are left in the booth by exhibitors.

4.2 Except the official freight forwarder, any large transport machine/item is not allowed to be taken into the venue.

5. Safety Tips

5.1 Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall; Regulation on Smoking Prevention and Control of Macau SAR came into effect on zero hour of January 1st, 2012. According to this regulation, most of the public areas (except for recreational areas) and indoor areas adopt comprehensive smoking control from January 1st, 2012. If smoking is found in indoor areas and outdoor areas where smoking is prohibited, the smoker will face a fine of 600 Macau patacas. Those who resist law enforcement constitute an order-breaking crime.

5.2 Lamps without lampshades and inflammable and explosive goods are prohibited in the venue;

5.3 Open fires and flammable gases are prohibited in the venue;

5.4 Explosives, petroleum and flammable, toxic and corrosive goods are prohibited in the venue. Radioactive substances are prohibited in the venue;

5.5 Without written approval of organizers, the following items are prohibited to display or be taken into the venue: weapons, guns, swords, ammunition, explosives, flammable and radioactive substances and other dangerous items and goods that are banned for import.

5.6 The organizers may release other relevant rules according to the guidance of the fire department.

5.7 Exhibitors are not allowed to take pressure vessels of any gas (such as helium, compressed air,

6.Security Guard

The organizers are responsible for the basic security guard of the venue. During the opening hours (11: 00-20: 00), exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their exhibits and personal belongings; if stolen, the organizers will not assume any responsibility. Security guards have the right to check all items taken into and out of the venue.

7.Noise Control

During exhibiting days, exhibitors shall observe relevant rules and make joint efforts to create a favorable environment. The noise level will be strictly controlled below 80 decibels, and high-power audio equipment is prohibited. At the same time, the organizers will appoint professionals to test the noise level on the site, and if the noise level is beyond 80 decibels or any reasonable complaint is received, the organizers have the right to implement certain restrictions on the noise.

8.Power Supply

8.1 For safety reasons, the official booth contractor shall take fully responsible for the power supply works in the halls. Exhibitors can apply for their needed lighting and electric equipment to the official booth contractor via Form VIII and IX of this manual.

8.2 For special power requirements (such as changing the volts and frequency or electrical connections), exhibitors should bring their own equipment to the booth or apply to the official booth contractor for transformers, converters and other equipment.

8.3 The power in the halls will be cut off 30 minutes after the closing hour of the exhibition days. For 24-hour power supply, please contact the official booth contractor and fill in relevant forms.

9.Intellectual Property Right

Please abide by relevant laws and regulations of intellectual property rights.

10.Force Majeure

The organizers may shorten or extend duration of the Exhibition or postpone the Exhibition due to force majeure. The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by exhibitor which is directly or indirectly attributed to force majeure, but shall immediately notify the exhibitors in written form and provide valid documentary evidence. In case of force majeure, the organizers will consider refunding full or partial fees paid by exhibitors based on the actual situation.

Shuttle Bus When you arrive in Macau, you can take Venetian Macao complimentary shuttle buses to the Cotai Strip at the gate, Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal or international airport. The buses will take the main entrance of the hotel as drop-off area and the west-wing entrance as pick-up area. If coming from Shenzhen, you can take a ferryboat from the Fuyong Ferry near Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.

Preparation and Procedure of Booth Set-up in Raw Space and Exhibitors with Raw Space

Submit Form V to inform the official contractor of the exhibition. Submit the information on booth set-up contractor entrusted by your company. (If the exhibitor entrusts the official contractor of the exhibition to set up the booths, the following procedures will be performed by the official contractor).

Please submit Form IX-Application for Electrical Equipment (Raw Space) and Form X-Work Permits Application of Contractors of Raw Space to the official contractor of the exhibition.

Exhibitors shall provide the effect of booths design paper to the official contractor (with clear full view of the booths), construction drawings (with all sizes and texture and materials noted) and electric power drawings (with equipment positions and electricity consumption details).If the booth is designed with two layers or 4.5 m high or higher, there should be safety certificate signed by a Macau government authorized engineer for further approval; the exhibitor is responsible for approval fees.

Before moving in, please make sure the following fees are paid: 1) Electrical equipment (Form IX) 2) Work Permits of Contractors of Raw Space (Form X) 3) Margin deposit for waste disposal

Official contractor of the exhibition issues receipt of margin deposit for waste disposal.

Raw space exhibitors and non-official booth set-up contractors move in.

When the booth is fully disassembled, official contractor of the exhibition and booth set-up contractors will check if there is any damage on the spot. Margin deposit will be reimbursed in 15 to 45 workdays.

The organizers have entrusted Nam Kwong International Convention and Exhibition Centre as the official contractor of the exhibition. Please fill in the following forms to apply for booth set-up service and equipment that you need.

1. Standard Booth 1.1 Each 12m2 (4m x 3m) standard booth entitlements are as follows (quantity depends on area of the booth.) - One table - Three black leather armchairs - One information table - Four 100 W spotlights - One waste paper basket - One plug base of 13 A/220V (max500w) - Carpet - Daily cleaning of the booth - Lintel board printed with exhibitor’s name in Chinese and English and booth number - 3 White panels of 2.5 m high Please fill in the blanks with the name of your company in Chinese and English (a bilingual version is also available) with no more than 20 Chinese characters and 40 English letters.

For extra booth equipment rental, please fill in relevant forms (Form VII/VIII) on or before October 4, 2016 and fax the forms to the Nam Kwong International Convention and Exhibition Centre. 1.2 Exhibitors and contractors are advised to adhere strictly to the above schedule. Any request for early move-in, please contact the official contractor for the hall. All booth construction and decoration should be completed before 20:00, November 3, 2016 for organizers to clean the exhibition area and conduct safety checks before the Fair. The official contractor of the hall will prohibit the contractor who fails to check in by9:00, November3, 2016to construct the booth after the deadline. The exhibitor will bear all loss arising.

1.3 Exhibits may be delivered to the booth on November 3, 2016. Any request for early move-in, please contact the official freight forwarder for such arrangements. Exhibitors must be on-site to claim the exhibits.

2. Raw Space 2.1 Exhibitors that choose raw space to showcase their exhibits will be allocated exhibition space. Exhibitors can work with recommended contractors to design and construct their own booth, and observe rules and other provisions that organizers formulate before and during the Fair.

2.2 Design Exhibitors shall submit their booth design in triplicate to the official contractor before October 4, 2016,

13 第六屆中國(澳門)國際汽車博覽會 2016 CHINA (MACAU) International Automobile Exposition 2016 年 11 月 4-6 日 including the effect drawings (with clear full view of the booths), construction drawings (with all sizes and texture and materials noted) and electric power drawings (with equipment positions and electricity consumption details). The scale is no less than 1:100, and drawings shall be marked with audiovisuals, and attached with the floor plan and the front view. If designs of exhibitors go against regulations about fire protection, exhibitors should make a revision.

2.3 Fire Prevention Measures All materials used to construct or decorate booths must feature fire resistance and comply with fire safety provisions of Macau SAR government. All contractors to construct booths in the raw space should place enough effective ire extinguishers in a conspicuous place near the site.

2.4 Electrical Equipment All electrical equipment must be installed by qualified electricians whose certificate is accredited by Macau SAR Government, and layout of electricity drawing shall be submitted to the official contractor for approval before October 4, 2016. After installation, a completion paper shall be submitted, and power will be supplied after passing the test.

2.5 Height Limit Exhibitors that plan to construct booths in the raw space or two-story booths that are higher than 4.5 meters (including 4.5 meters) should contact the official contractor for application. Exhibitors should be responsible for safety of their booths. And the official contractor will examine and approve the above mentioned booths, issue safety certificates issued by engineers who are recognized by the Macau SAR government, and charge relevant fees. All certificates shall be sent to the official contractor before October 4, 2016.

2.6 Deposit for Waste Disposal To ensure that all contractors of raw space can set up and disassemble the booths and clear up wastes within the required time and enhance the management and implementation during the process, the contractors shall pay the deposit to the exposition for waste disposal. All exhibitors who rent the booths shall pay MOP/CNY 200 Yuan/m2 (minimum amount: MOP/CNY 5,000 Yuan; maximum amount: MOP/CNY 50,000 Yuan) as the deposit of clearing up the wastes to ensure that all large equipment and wastes will be disposed properly after the exposition. The deposit will be returned via Local Cheque within 15-45 working days if all booth materials and wastes are treated and no damage is found on equipment. If telegraphic transfer is needed, relevant commission charge will be deducted from the deposit. There is no deposit return on site.

2.7 Spray lacquer, burn-in and chain saw are prohibited in the venue.

3.Contractors The exhibitors who rent the booths in raw space are required to hire qualified workers in the Macau Special Administrative Region to set up booths, and shall purchase labor insurance for them according to the Macau government regulations. If not, the exposition has the right to ask the exhibitors to stop the establishing work. If any illegal employment is found, Labor Affair Bureau and relevant

4.Power Supply a. To ensure safety and stability of power supply, all electrical installation must be implemented by the official contractor. b. The Fair will provide basic lighting service in the venue. Standard power supply in the venue is as follows: Single-phase 220V/50Hz Three-phase 380V/50Hz Power supply will be cut off thirty minutes after closing hour during the exhibiting days. c. If the booth power breaks off due to exhibitors’ violation of power-use rules, the exhibitors shall pay relevant power reconnection fees to the exposition as well as the power-on application fees. The exposition will complete the power connection within 24 hours. d. 24-hour power supply shall be applied to the official contractor of the exposition in advance. e. Anyone except the official contractor of the exposition shall apply for temporary power supply in advance if the power is needed during the setting up and disassembling periods. If there are any doubts, please contact the official contractor.

5.Setting-up Notes For booths near the evacuation door, please keep a distance of 1 meter from the backboard, and fire hydrants next to pillars in the venue are not allowed to hide. Nam Kwong Logistics Co., Ltd. will check fees of exhibits freight and charge exhibitors for the service. If exhibits and documents are submitted within the required time, price for logistics service (between Zhuhai and Macau) is as follows:

1、Whole load: RMB 10,500.00/vehicle, and 11,000.00/vehicle for exhibits over RMB 500,000.00 Yuan.

2、Set-up materials: RMB 1,000.00/CBM.

3、Spare and accessory part sand others: RBM 1000.00/CBM, with a minimum of 3CBM.

III. Guideline for Customs Clearance

1. Customs Clearance Process 1.1 For automobile clients, please submit “List of Exhibits” (see Form V) before September 25, 2016. Exhibitors shall provide invoice, packing slips of goods and authorization letters for customs clearance and customs inspection for us. The customs clearance will be conducted by our company. The invoice shall be marked with vehicle identification number, engine number and vehicle value (USD or HKD). If the materials for setting up need to be transported back, Nam Kwong Logistics will apply for approval of temporary carting and re-entry. If there is no need to return, the materials can be exported in the way of general trade.

1.2 We will declare spare and accessory parts or other exhibits, construction materials as temporary admission goods or general trade export goods at the customs. Should ATA carnet or export declaration not provided, Nam Kwong Logistics will apply for approval of goods exit for exhibitions. Declared exhibits to be returned shall be shipped back. Consumable materials can be exported in the way of general trade, exhibitors shall provide invoices and packing slips of goods, and we will declare to customs. For one-way exit involving permits or customs clearance of exit for mechanical and electrical products, exhibitors shall apply for electric note of commodity inspection certificate to local inspection and quarantine department ( Port/Zhuhai), and entrust us with customs clearance and inspection. Packing slips shall indicate volume, net weight, gross weight, size and quantities of goods.

1.3 For self-driving exporting vehicles, we will take in charge of applying for procedures to Zhuhai General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection. Without the permission of our company, any vehicles shall not be left for purchasing. For vehicles self driving to Macau, temporary license is needed.

1.4 Macau import: Before entering Macau, vehicles shall be applied for the import customs clearance to relevant Macau government sectors.

2. Requirements of Documents and Documents Submission Time

2.1 For exhibits to be returned, please provide data: list (including name, brands, specifications, origin, application and pictures of goods). Vehicles for the exposition shall provide: front color photo, full side color photo, engine color photo, invoice and packing list to our company before September 25, 2016. Nam Kwong Logistics will provide standard format of these materials. Clear indication shall contain: name, place of production, specification, purpose, manufacturer, engine type (diesel, half diesel, gasoline, etc.), engine installation method, net weight, load bearing and fixed installation

2.2 General trade exports (not to be returned): list (including name, brand, specification, origin and application of goods). It must be marked with name, origin, specification, brand, manufacturer, engine type (diesel, half diesel, gasoline, etc.), engine number, displacement (ml) and seats.

2.3 Related documents for customs declaration shall be provided to Mr. OuHuan from Zhuhai Nam Kwong Customs Declaration Co., Ltd. in triplicate (in English and Chinese) before arrival of goods.

3. Information of goods provided by exhibitors shall be consistent with information of goods arrived. If not, exhibitors shall be charged an extra 50% of fees, and assume legal responsibility and bear all costs arising from returned goods due to disagreement between the provided information and real goods.

4. If exhibitors fail to deliver goods on time, exhibitors will be charged an extra 50% of normal fees. If goods are not claimed three days before the Fair, special goods claimed by us will charge exhibitors an extra 100% of normal fees.

5. Exhibits we apply for temporary exit for exhibition shall be shipped back within five days after the Fair is closed.

6. Certificate of Commodity Inspection: for goods needing export commodity inspection or export license, please make your own arrangement.

IV. Schedule for Shipping

To ensure that your exhibits will be delivered to the booth on time for exhibition, please follow the schedule and deliver related documents and goods.

1. Exhibitors shall deliver goods to designated pick-up site of Nam Kwong Logistics (see details above); for normal operation, the exhibits are picked up in Zhuhai before October 25, 2016.

2. Exhibitor shall fill in “List of Exhibits” clearly (see Form V) with your official seals, and fax the form to the pick-up site in Zhuhai for the record before arrival of goods.

3. For services of exhibiting vehicles to be placed in the booth, please provide the specific size of the booth.

4. Exhibits must be attached with shipping mark of the Fair, clearly indicating the exhibitor’s name, booth number and case number (for example: if there are ten cases of exhibits, please mark 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and so on).

5. As the hall needs two floors, to avoid on-site chaos, please distinguish them by A (1st floor) and B (2nd floor).

6. According to the vehicle entry regulations of Macau, all vehicles with whole load exhibitors (including cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles and bicycles) shall furnish the following materials: 6.1 Color photo, trademark model, automobile body number, engine number, color, displacement, seats, weight, size and year of manufacture;

Exhibitors shall provide the above-mentioned materials before September 25.

7. For services of exhibiting vehicles or large equipment to be placed in the booth, please provide the design and specific size of the booth for better arrangement.

8. Insurance: Insurance is not included in the freight fees. Exhibitors shall assume risk during exhibits shipping and exhibiting themselves. A special note from the Organizing Committee: it is suggested that exhibitors shall purchase insurance for exhibits during the exhibiting days and liability accident insurance. If necessary, exhibitors can entrust Nam Kwong Logistics to buy insurance for shipping between Zhuhai and Macau and during the exhibiting days.

9. Booth Dismantlement 9.1 When the Fair is closed, the official freight service provider will send “Notice on Booth Dismantlement” to exhibitors ad please cooperate with the service provider. 9.2 Exhibitors shall not arrange exhibits move-out or take exhibits out of the venue themselves; otherwise exhibitors shall assume all the consequences arising. 9.3 Except for exhibits to be returned, exhibitors shall not put personal items in goods cases, otherwise exhibitors shall assume the responsibility.

V. Shipping mark 1.Shipping mark is the most important symbol to identify category of goods. The external packing of goods shall be attached with shipping mark that is printed clearly, accurately and is not easy to fall off. Otherwise freight forwarder will not assume any responsibility for the resulting delays. 2. Please place the shipping mark on at least three sides of cases. And complete all information in the shipping mark clearly. 3. To ensure the safety of exhibits, medium and large wooden cases that are over 500KG shall be attached with marks of international transport of goods (such as lifting points, center of gravity, etc.) 4. VI. Package

1. Exhibits need to be transferred, loaded and unloaded with means of transport, and are sometimes stored outdoors during long-distance transportation. To ensure safety of exhibits, the package shall be strong enough to be repeatedly used for land transportation and repacking after the Fair.

Logs of needle bush or wood with bark are not allowed to be used as packing materials, otherwise goods will be checked and detained at the port of Zhuhai. To avoid risks of goods of you and other exhibitors, please do not use logs for package. If wooden cases are necessary, please use plates that are pressed under high temperatures as the packing material.

3. Small items shall be packed with strong new cartons or wooden cases for repeated loading and unloading during long-distance transportation. Old cartons or wooden cases or worm-eaten or rotten wooden cases are prohibited. All wooden cases shall not have bark inside and outside.

4. All items must have water and moisture-proof inner packing. The fragile shall be labeled with obvious marks.

5. It is suggested that machine tools should be packed with thick plywood and fixed with screws instead of iron nails.

6. For exhibits that cannot be placed upside down, please mark the direction with “↑” in front of cases.

7. Exhibits over 500 KG should be marked with lifting points and center of gravity in external packing, and drawings for anchor should be provided.

8. Lay-out drawings of machines to be placed in the booth should be provided.

9. Connectors and easy-to-rust parts of machines should be oiled in advance.

10. If a machine is tested in advance, please remove water in the machine to avoid rust.

VII. Other Matters Needing Attention

1. Each case shall be attached with at least three shipping marks, and please fill in relevant information in Chinese, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles during transportation of exhibits, and effects on the Fair.

2. Please strictly follow the schedule for matters of customs clearance in Zhuhai and pick-up in Macau. If overdue, exhibitors need to deal with customs clearance in Zhuhai.

3. Exhibitors are not encouraged to bring exhibits for entry, so as to avoid customs detention of exhibits.

4. Please fill in information in the list of exhibits for customs clearance faithfully and carefully with clear writing and complete details. Display panels and other decoration items should be marked materials. The English translation should be accurate. Types and quantities of exhibits should be in consistent with those of what are packed in cases, so as to avoid customs detention or delivery delays due to in conformity during customs examination in the Mainland China and Macau.

5. Dangerous goods, textile, alcohol, tobacco and smuggled food are prohibited in exhibits.

6. According to regulations of China customs and entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus, exhibits that need commodity inspection should apply for note of commodity inspection certificate to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus in the country of origin, and fax the note to Nam Kwong Logistics. Wooden packing shall use recycled wood or wood with IPPC mark.
