During the park’s closure, the iconic species had a record of 10 Monarto zoo joeys between nine females as part of the park’s breeding program – the most recorded at the site during a single season. A number of the devils that are bred at Monarto Safari Park will eventually go on and join wild, disease-free populations of the species on Maria Island in Tasmania.

INSERT The much-loved iconic Western Australian attraction, the IMAGE 154-year-old heritage listed Busselton Jetty has had an internal facelift – with upgrades to the Jetty’s Underwater Observatory.
As part of the upgrades, new technology, educational signage, mechanical interpretation for small children, local artwork, and Busselton Jetty improved acoustic panels and sound systems have been installed. Adding new value to the experience, the upgrades will ensure future generations can enjoy the experience of seeing more than 300 marine species in their natural habitat from the underwater windows.

INSERT The Tasman Hotel (Marriott Luxury Collection) will be one of the IMAGE newest luxury hotels to be introduced into Hobart’s city centre in March 2021 (updated date, was originally due to open in late 2020).
The hotel, located in Parliament Square just a six-minute walk Marriott from Hobart’s city centre, will feature 128 rooms and suites with carefully restored features and Georgian and Art-Deco design International elements throughout.
