During the Promotion Period, spend at least Seventy-Five ($75.00) at participating restaurants at a Participating Center. During the Promotion Period, (i) upload one at a time, 1 or more eligible Receipt Images (as defined below) of qualifying purchases made in single or multiple transactions (including date, restaurant, location, purchase, and total) by completing the form on https://www.EatandEarnRewards.com by or before July 4, 2021; and (ii) receive a $25 Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card: after your form is electronically submitted, validated, and you receive a notice that your gift card is available (the “Gift”). Participants must obtain the Gift within 4 months of receiving the notice that your Gift is available. You will have 4 months to redeem for a Virtual Visa Prepaid Card. Once accessed, you'll have 7 months to use your account wherever Visa Debit is accepted online or over the phone.
