Participation in the Gift Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or game. By participating in the Gift Promotion, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Luxottica of America Inc., 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, OH 45040 d/b/a Sunglass Hut (the “Sponsor”) and WYNG, 360 Park Avenue S., 20th Floor, NY, NY 10010 (the “AdMinistrator”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, and employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, including but not limited to their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, and any and all other companies associated with the promotion agents (collectively, the “Gift ProMotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Administrator’s designated database clock will be the timekeeper for this Gift Promotion. 3. SPONSOR: Luxottica of America Inc., 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, OH 45040 d/b/a Sunglass Hut. 4. HOW TO ENTER: You May participate online ONLY: During the Gift Period visit https://www.sunglasshut.com/us/sunglasses-trends/MK-makeamove Limit: One (1) entry and one (1) game play per person. To participate in the Gift Promotion, you must click on the simulated spin button on your mobile phone, computer, or other similar device that allows entry. When the wheel stops spinning you will instantly know if you won a “Gift” (as defined below). Six-thousand two-hundred (6,200) winning dates and times for the simulated spins are randomly predetermined under the GWP Spin V-6R supervision of the Administrator and will not be disclosed to Entrants. The first Entrant to participate in the Gift Promotion after each predetermined winning date will receive a Gift. To claim a “Michael Kors Beach Towel” (as defined below) or a “Michael Kors Care Kit” (as defined below), either: (1) take a screen shot of the Gift that appears on your screen and bring it to any participating Sunglass Hut or Sunglass Hut at Macy’s retail store location during regular store hours to receive your Gift. OR (2) take a screen shot of the Gift that appears on your screen, print it out, and mail it, together with your full name and full home address, to: Luxottica Retail of America Inc. All unclaimed Gifts at the conclusion of the Gift Period will not be awarded. Any Gift that remains unclaimed at the conclusion of the Gift Period will become void. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of Gift fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. SELECTION OF WINNER: Six-thousand two-hundred (6,200) winning dates and times for the simulated spins are randomly predetermined under the supervision of the Administrator and will not be disclosed to Entrants. The first Entrant to participate in the Gift Promotion after each predetermined winning date and time will determine which Gift you received. Each Entrant will know instantly at the time he or she participates in the Gift Promotion whether he or she has won a Gift. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. If a potential winner fails to claim his or her Gift in accordance with the instructions provided in these Official Rules, that Gift will remain un- awarded.
