We nemen het beste van het oude jaar mee en laten het minder goede achter. Dat is tra- ditie, dat hoort er gewoon bij. En ook al lukt er maar een klein deel van onze voornemens, dan wordt het toch een geslaagd jaar! De Hot News heeft vanzelfsprekend ook goede voornemens gemaakt. Één daarvan is u nog vele jaren mooie verhalen en artikelen te presenteren. In het jubileumjaar waren er diverse gastschrijvers en er werd nog eens uitgebreid teruggekeken naar hoe het allemaal was begonnen. De verhalen buitelden over elkaar heen, er was veel ge- beurd en vooral ook veel gelachen in die twintig jaar. Lang niet alles was geschikt voor publicatie en er moest dus gekozen worden. Ook ik mocht weer, net als vroeger, een Intro schrijven. De laatste vijf jaar heeft Aart Lub dit gedaan.
