To provide a definition for the term "hosting center"; and to take such additional action as may be necessary and proper to effectuate these stated purposes. 6. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION: CONSIDERATION AND/OR ADOPTION OF: Possible amendments to NGC REGULATION 3.015 “APPLICATIONS FOR RESTRICTED LICENSES”. To consider possible amendments to Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 3.015; to consider a petition requesting amendment to NGC Regulation 3.015 filed pursuant to NRS 463.145; to consider proposals concerning the meaning of “incidental to the primary business” as well as presumptions applicable there and to take such additional action as may be necessary and proper to effectuate these stated purposes. 7. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION: CONSIDERATION AND/OR ADOPTION OF: Possible amendments to NGC REGULATION 4 “APPLICATIONS: PROCEDURE.” To add a new regulation section specifying the requirements with regard to recently enacted statutory provisions authorizing preliminary findings of suitability including but not limited to persons who may apply, persons who must apply, persons who may not apply, the form of the application, the fees and costs associated with the application, the standards of review concerning an application, the effect of the commission declining to approve an application, the duration of the commission’s grant of the application, and the discipline which the commission may impose on a person who has obtained a preliminary finding of suitability; and to take such additional action as may be necessary and proper to effectuate these stated purposes. 8. To repeal independent contractor registration requirements; To remove references to independent contractor registration in regards to the determination of suitability of independent contractors; and to take such additional action as may be necessary and proper to effectuate these stated purposes.
