Our opponents Braintree Town are in a similar position to us in that they haven’t played a full first team competitive fixture for two weeks. MANAGER’S VIEW “An embarrassing performance. We were in control for the first half but gave them two goals in the second; individual errors have cost us again and we’re out of a cup we should still be in.” PLAYER’S VIEW - JAMES FOLKES “By the end of the first half they’d had one cross, by the end of the match they’ve had three shots and scored two. We’re having to work so hard to try and carve teams open and it’s become our own undoing.” FAN’S VIEW - CHRIS DUNK “We were playing quite well in the first half, should have gone in 2-0 up which would have helped a lot. Second half we really lost our way; once Eastbourne equalised there looked to be only one winner.”
