MESSAGE FROM THE RYDER CUP CAPTAINS Since its inception in 1927, the Ryder Cup has embodied golf’s high ideals of sportsmanship, honesty and integrity. Throughout the years, players have represented their countries and the game of golf with pride and honor. While partisanship is natural, it is important to remember the Ryder Cup is intended to be a friendly competition between RBS cover ad the best golfers on two continents. The sportsmanship of the spectators plays a vital role in the continuing spirit and success of the Ryder Cup. In order to preserve this great tradition, there should be no excessive partisanship by the gallery. Wednesday, 9/17/2008 Friendship Match Valhalla 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. This 9-hole exhibition match features all members of the United States and Golf Club European Junior Ryder Cup Teams. All six matches will begin on Hole 10. (10th Tee) Wednesday, 9/17/2008 Gala Dinner The 6:15 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Dining, live entertainment and socializing with distinguished guests is all part of Kentucky this black tie gala experience. All patrons with a (Practice Range) Sunday Ticket will gain access to this event. 4 5 ADMISSION POLICY There will be no daily re-admission to the grounds of the Ryder Cup. Once the ticket has been scanned, it will no longer provide admission to the Ryder Cup, except when the Weather Warning signs are posted. Tickets will be required for admission into the Ryder Cup. Please wear your ticket in plain view at all times as security personnel will not allow admission to the Ryder Cup for individuals without appropriate credentials. The PGA of America and Valhalla Golf Club are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
