This Kentucky straight bourbon is aged on the top floors of the rickhouse before was initially matured for over five years in first-fill bourbon (Maker's Mark). Tasting Notes The aroma is focused on vanilla and dark wood which continues on the palate. The bitterness and sweetness see-saw back and forth but in the end, bitter wins the battle.
