IMPORTANT Good luck to our Year 12 students who have already commenced EVENTS their practical examinations for the Higher School Certificate. Our dancers have already commenced their exams, timber and visual art 23/8/2017 P&C Meeting major works are due soon and our drama and music students will all 6:30pm be sitting their practical exams over the coming weeks. Even though we have completed our Trial Higher School Certificate, it is 30/8/2017 Music Concert imperative that all Year 12 students continue to attend and work hard Club Marconi until the end of the term. Most subjects still have to complete their 7.00pm courses and there are still a number of assessment tasks to be finalised.

This year the Higher School Certificate commences on Monday 16 October which is only seven school weeks away. The end of the year is also approaching very rapidly for our Year 11 students. They only have four weeks of lesson time left followed by their yearly exams in weeks 9 and 10. This means that they also should have their heads

down studying to ensure they pass all their subjects so that they can progress on to Year 12. Their Year 12 courses commence on the first

day of Term 4. Term 3 is always a very busy time for our winter sports. We have already had a number of students selected in to regional, state and

Australian teams and our team sports are nearing finals time in their state knockout competitions. Good luck to these individuals and teams over the coming weeks. If early results are any indication, I am Winners sure that 2017 is going to be another very successful year for our sports students. International

A reminder that our next P & C Meeting is on Wednesday 23 August Olympic at 6.30pm. At this meeting, Mrs Clarke will be talking about our Home Committee Economics Faculty and related subjects. Everyone is invited!

Another reminder that school, sport and subject contributions are all Sport and Youth due now. All outstanding fees must be paid in full by the end of this Trophy 2008 term. We have successfully rolled over to the Department’s new

finance system which means that EFTPOS and online payments have been turned back on. Please read all permission notes carefully for the preferred method of payment for each excursion.
