A long time champion of children’s programming, Higgins is Executive Vice President of Beth Stevenson, Founder and President of Brain Power Studio, is an Executive Producer FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment. Higgins oversees the creative direction for specializing in Children’s and Family entertainment. Brain Power Studio produces and FME’s kid’s business, as well as manages content, including acquisitions, development and distributes both live action, animation and interactive content. Beth has served as sales of TV and digital programming. Current programming includes ‘Max Steel’, Producer and Executive Producer on over 35 series and 4 movies. Many of which were ‘Monsuno’, ‘Tree Fu Tom’, ‘The Aquabats Supershow!’ and the hit sci-fi adventure, ‘Wizards international co-productions. Downtown / Downtown is relatively small and the nucleus, modern part is within 15 minutes walking distance from 0 --- InterContinental InterContinental. The well-known hotel Epic with its infamous restaurant Zuma is only a few minutes away.

Downtown / Bayside Next to InterContinental is a sizable park where various music, sports and food venues take place year round. At the 5 walk end of the park is Bayside with cute shops (30+) and sea-side restaurants, including Hard Rock Café.

Brickell With only 8 blocks it is still one of the largest (in numbers) financial districts in the US. Office towers, hotels like The 10 walk Four Seasons and apartments began replacing the historic mansions in the 70s. Several good restaurants like Morton’s Steak House reside here.

Brickell Village Right next to the business district, is the Village which has become a very popular downtown destination, bringing new 15 walk stores and a large number of bars like Blue Martini as well as restaurants such as Draku Sushi.
