 Research  Coordinator of international research project co-founded by ASTRIUM projects SAS (actually part of the AIRBUS company)“Improvement of carbon fiber-acrylate matrix interactions in electron beam-cured composites” (2010-2013).  Coordinator of many national projects founded by Polish National Science Center (no. 2012/05/D/ST5/03488, 2013-2016), Ministry of Science and Higher Education (no. N N204 272639, 2009-2012) and Vice-rector of UMCS (2008 and 2010).  Participation in the project COMPOSITUM: Hybrid Nanocomposites and Their Applications founded from FP7 funds ( IRSES, PIRSESGA-2008-230790) and NANOBIOMAT: Nanostructured Biocompatible/Bioactive Materials (Marie Curie IRSES, PIRSES-GA- 2013-612484).  Leading scientist/scientist in three projects founded by Ministry of Science and Higher Education: (no. N204 172 31/3815, 2006-2008, no. N N204 111135, 2008-2011, and no. Participation in "Second Residential Summer School for Newly Appointed University Chemistry Teaching Staff" organized by European Chemistry Thematic Network, Sliema (Malta).  Erasmus Faculty coordinator of Erasmus (2008-2016). Giving assistance to incoming and outgoing Erasmus students. Supervision of research projects realized by incoming Erasmus students (up-to-day, 8 research projects).  Norwegian The originator and one of the coordinators of the project "English courses project for material chemistry" in the frame of Norway and EAA grants (agreement no. FSS/2008/X/D5/W/0032/U/001). Seven chemistry courses were implemented and are actually taught in English at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University. The coordination team was distinguished by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE) and the project is being presented as an example of good practice among all the projects administered by the Scholarship and Training Fund (FFS).
