A bountiful and luscious banquet was feasted by all after the victory program which was followed by joyful singing and merry dancing of the NIA Management and staff. This event was exemplary noted for its uniqueness with “the principle of connectivity” led with heartfelt dedication of the Regional Manager Engr. Julius S. Maquiling. At the end of the day,simple as it seemed, the celebration left a remarkable harmonious relationship among the prime stakeholders of irrigation – NIA Management and staff, IAs and the Law Makers of Region XI.
