21 Teme Valley Walking Church

“I’d rather be in the mountains thinking of God, than in church thinking about the mountains.” That quote from environmentalist John Muir is the inspiration for a new initiative from Teme Valley South Churches. As an addition to existing church services, we are providing opportunities to think about God outdoors. It will be Walking Church. The first Walking Church will be on Sunday 15th March at 2pm. We will meet at Hanley Childe Church, WR15 8QY, and the walk will be just under a mile. More information is available from the Facebook group “Teme Valley Walking Church” or by email from [email protected] The walk will take place on public rights of way. Suitable footwear essential. Paths may be muddy and slippery. Well behaved dogs, children and adults welcome. No loos but plenty of hedges! Free, but donations accepted. All welcome at own risk. Sue’s Ironing Service
