Shrewsbury Metrovation

CORE INVESTMENTS Properties East

The Grove at Shrewsbury is the nation’s first center called a “lifestyle center.” The mix of the best local specialty retailers and outstanding regional and national stores draws affluent shoppers from Monmouth County and beyond. From the first year of operation, the average sales for fashion retailers have increased each year.

The Grove at Shrewsbury is Metrovation’s premier property in Central New Jersey. It is the dominant center in the region, serving the high income households in the Monmouth County region and beyond. The 150,000 square foot lifestyle center is a magnet for upscale shoppers who enjoy its garden- filled streetscape environment.

The Grove’s development and success led to Metrovation’s involvement in nearby Red Bank. Here we have been a major factor in revitalization of the downtown with the development of several key properties on Broad Street and beyond.

Metrovation developed another successful lifestyle center south of Red Bank in Sea Girt, New Jersey on Highway 35. Brook 35 Plaza has helped define a newly emerging region.
