Procurement and Maintenance Lease of Rolling Stock for Line 5 Expression of Interest (EOI)
Lifelong Operation ( 35 years) and Design Supply Test Commission maintenance
Procurement cum maintenance Lease of 150 cars (25 trainsets of 6 car each) on Line 5 along with operation & maintenance of existing depot facilities at Mundka and Bahadurgarh

EOI RFP Finalization of Delivery of End of Lease Lease agreement trainsets period
• Participation at RFP stage would be allowed to only those applicants who qualify at EOI stage • EOI opening - October 2017 • The evaluation process will be completed within 90 days of submission of the compliant EOIs EOI i.e. around January 2018. • Change in any consortium partner(s) except the Technology partner (manufacturer of Rolling Stock) may be allowed prior to submission of RFP, subject to his qualification under EOI req. 1. Rolling Stock Manufacturer 2. Rolling Stock Maintenance Co. 3. Rolling Stock financing Co.
Expected Model of Lessor
The decision on percentage equity participation among members of the SPV/JV/Consortium shall be finalized on receipt of response from the prospective applicants Responsibilities of the Lessor
