Project Stages (1/3) EOI RFP Finalization of Delivery of End of Lease Lease agreement trainsets period • Participation at RFP stage would be allowed to only those applicants who qualify at EOI stage • EOI opening - October 2017 • The evaluation process will be completed within 90 days of submission of the compliant EOIs EOI i.e. around January 2018. • Change in any consortium partner(s) except the Technology partner (manufacturer of Rolling Stock) may be allowed prior to submission of RFP, subject to his qualification under EOI req. Project Stages (2/3) • Issue of RFP : February 2018 • RFP Submission : June 2018 • Evaluation of Bids RFP Technical Package evaluation Financial Package evaluation • The evaluation process will be completed within 180 days of submission of the compliant RFP documents i.e. End of 2018. Rolling Stock Manufacturer 2. Rolling Stock Maintenance Co. 3. Rolling Stock financing Co.
