SECOND-GENERATION STARS HOPE TO ADD TO FAMILY LEGACY: The latest generation from two of open-wheel racing’s most familiar families comes to Indianapolis in hopes of adding to the family legacy. Marco Andretti—the grandson of 1969 winner Mario Andretti and son of Michael Andretti—has finished in the top three at Indy three times in his nine previous starts. He hopes to give his father’s team its fourth Indianapolis 500 win.
