In 2017 and 2018, the production of mineral commodities— the mineral industry of Cambodia can be found in previous primarily cement, gravel, salt, sand, and stone—represented editions of the U.S. Geological Survey Minerals Yearbook, only a minor part of the economy of Cambodia (Open volume III, Area Reports—International—Asia and the Pacific, Development Cambodia, 2018).
