BADGES If registration is received by May 9, 2003, your badge will be mailed to you no later than two weeks before the conference. Badges will not be sent to countries other than the U.S. and Canada. Residents of other nations may pick up badges at the International Registration Desk, Toronto Metro Convention Center. REFUNDS Written requests for refunds must be submitted and received by May 19, 2003. Cancellation of Conference or Preconference registration will result in a handling fee of $25 for each item cancelled. Meal Functions or Other Events may be cancelled in writing by May 19, 2003 with no penalty. No phone cancellations. No refunds after May 19, 2003. No ”Exhibits Only” or “Exhibits Plus” refunds.
