In relation to Minute Number 149 a Member thought the sea defence wall repairs at Seascale needed further work. The Highways Network Manager informed that this would be looked at in Spring 2019. 156 COPELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC REALM SCHEME Ms D Ward and Ms J Taylor from Copeland Borough Council attended the meeting to present an update on Public Realm Schemes in the Copeland Area. It was explained that consultation concluded in December 2018 and four draft schemes had been identified for Cleator Moor, Egremont, Millom and Whitehaven. Cleator Moor Public realm works in Cleator Moor would be focussed on the town square aiming to make a more usable place where people could gather.
