POMBO, A REPRESENT- ATIVE IN CONGRESS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA The CHAIRMAN. The Subcommittee on Forests and Forest Health will come to order. Good morning. Today, we will hear three bills: H.R. 822, which would designate 106,000 acres as the Wild Sky Wilderness in Washington State; H.R. 4838, which would create the Healthy Forest Youth Conservation Corps; and H.R. 4806, which would fa- cilitate a land exchange between Lubbock Christian University and the Lincoln National Forest in New Mexico.
