A nomination in the specified form for the candidate(s) of each of the above subsectors or sub-subsectors must be submitted by the nominated candidate in person (except where the Chief Electoral Officer has, on application, allowed other means of submission) and received by the Returning Officer of the subsector or sub-subsector concerned at the above address (if the address of Returning Officer is at the Central Government Offices, the candidate is required to submit the nomination form in person on G/F, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong). The nomination form must be submitted to the Returning Officer of the subsector or sub-subsector concerned during ordinary business hours (i.e. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday) on any day other than a general holiday from 8 November 2016 to 14 November 2016, both days inclusive.
Nomination forms may be obtained free of charge during ordinary business hours on any day other than a general holiday from the offices of the Registration and Electoral Office at 10th Floor, Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or Unit 2301-2303, 23/F, Millennium City 6, 392 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, or from the offices of all the Returning Officers at the above addresses, or can be downloaded from the website of the Registration and Electoral Office (http://www.reo.gov.hk). Nomination forms may also be obtained free of charge from all District Offices.
If the number of validly nominated candidates for any subsector or sub-subsector exceeds the number of Election Committee members allocated to that subsector or sub-subsector, a poll will be held on 11 December 2016 for that subsector or sub-subsector.
